Under Tote Heating System!
Raise Liquid Temperature in Poly Totes with a safe, efficient electric Tote heater.
The HotPoly Series with Detached Thermostat. Heater is specifically designed to assist the flow of viscous materials contained in Poly Totes. Simple to Install. Out-of-the-Way Design works great in heavy production areas!
The HotPoly Heater comes in 120 and 240 volts AC. The heat delivered to the Tote is regulated by a 0-175°F thermostat. The Heating element is Laminated between two layers of 20 mil fiberglass reinforced silicone rubber and sealed for maximum protection against Moisture and Chemical corrosion.
HotPoly heater mounts by Removing the Tote from the cage, Place HotPoly on the bottom of the Cage and Set Tank back down on top of the HotPoly heater. Simply Attach to the thermostat, plug in and go.
The HotPoly Series comes with a 6 foot power cord.
Max operating temperatures of 180°F.
