Theory of Operation: The sensor head employs two temperature sensors with a constant low power heating source physically attached to one of the sensors. This creates a temperature differential between the sensors which varies depending on the surrounding product's ability to disperse heat. The amount of heat dispersed is relative to the Product's thermal conductivity and therefore can detect liquid interfaces and flow rate changes that other technologies cannote differentiate. Compensation for process temperature changes are made automatically and do not affect calibration.
K-TEK Standard TX Series Flow, Level, Temperature Switch TX Series Switches provide the highest durability. There are "no moving parts" to wear out, break or replace. The switch is designed to detect changes either high or Low, giving a 8 amp relay output. PDF Technical Data sheet |
K-TEK Fast Response TQ Series Flow, Level, Temperature Switch TQ Series Switches provides Fast Response 0.5 seconds. There are "no moving parts" to wear out, break or replace. The switch is designed to detect changes, either high or Low. One internal switch selects between Level or flow. PDF Technical Data sheet |
K-TEK Food Service TS Series Flow, Level, Temperature Switch TS Series Switches comes complete with Sanitary Fittings. There are "no moving parts" to wear out, break or replace. The switch is designed to detect changes either high or Low. One internal switch selects between Level or flow. PDF Technical Data sheet |
K-TEK In-Line IX Series Flow, Level, Temperature Switch IX Series Switches provide. There are "no moving parts" to wear out, break or replace. The switch is designed to detect changes either high or Low. One internal switch selects between Temperature or flow. PDF Technical Data sheet |
