Return Policy

Revised

Thermalinc guarantees satisfaction of each heater for quality and superior workmanship and will refund 100% of sales price under these conditions. However, we cannot guarantee applications unless, recommended by our customer service department in writing. We will accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. All returned items are subject to a 25% restocking charge. Buyer must return the item in the same condition that we shipped it in, with original box and return shipping pre-paid. Custom made or special ordered items may not be returned. Any heaters that have installed are not returnable.

SHIPPING DAMAGE

Items damaged during shipping will be refunded in accordance with the shippers
