We offer a wide variety of designs for heating oils, caustics, asphalts, water and almost any corrosive liquid by direct immersion. Standard designs include copper, steel, stainless, Incoloy and Teflon. Custom designed heaters in 10 different sheath materials, liquidproof or explosion-resistant terminal boxes, hermetic terminal end seals, high temperature construction and built-in controls. UL Listed and CSA Approved designs are available.

Circulation Heaters	The Series 355 (50 W/in²) INDEECO circulation heaters are designed for heating water. These high quality water heaters include the following standard features: Copper / steel or stainless steel sheathed .475" diameter heating elements Insulated steel vessel with a galvanized jacket NEMA terminal enclosure, specify type Built-in thermostat, or high limit Choice of mounting brackets or mounting pads Flange heaters have 150 lb. steel flanges which meet ANSI B16.5 standards Rated 160 psi at 250°F

Exterior Tank Heaters
Mineral Insulated Heater Cable	M.I. Cable can be mounted on the outside of the tank. This system is usually only used for maintaining the tank temperature. High temperature applications Long life No contact with the fluid
Constant Wattage Cable	Constant Wattage Cable, like M.I., can be mounted on the outside of the tank. This system is also only used for maintaining the tank temperature. Lower temperature applications Easy to install No contact with the fluid
Self-Regulating Heat Cable	Self-Regulating Heat Cable, like M.I., can be mounted on the outside of the tank. This system is also only used for maintaining the tank temperature. Lower temperature applications Easy to install No contact with the fluid
Insulated Pipe Heating	Full coverage pipe heating with a built-in freeze protection thermostat. This system is normally used for maintaining pipe temperatures above freezing. Freeze protection applications Super simple to install Simple control Higher temperature ranges available
Silicone Rubber Heat Mats	Silicone Heaters are mounted outside the tank at the lowest point available. This system is usually only used for maintaining the tank temperature, but for low temperature applications up to 250°F we can use these heaters for raising the fluid temperature. Lower temperature applications Very easy to install Just peel and stick (adhesive backing) No contact with the fluid
Hazardous Duty Heat Mats	Class 1 Div 2 Heat Mats are mounted outside the tank at the lowest point available. Perfect for hazardous locations for temperature maintenance applications.
